Auxiliary bath. Open stairway surrounded by garden leads to
roof-top terrace. Front porch +intimate dining area. Their own
30' boat (whose captain speaks English, French, Italian) to
transfer guests to distinct keys. Plan +all meals, transfer to
keys, beach chairs, etc. Italian and a little English spoken.
